I needed assistance with my home computer, it was running really slowly. I contacted Will from CTA systems and he couldn’t do enough from start to finish. From initial call to job completion was two days, even over the bank holiday weekend. Will upgraded my computer and helped (remotely) set up the desktop so my wife can use it for work. I contacted Will through my BNI network as my previous computer support manager had retired. I was struggling to gain access to some backups and whilst remoting onto my computer he commented on how slow it was (he wasn't the first person to mention this!). OMG I cannot recommend Will at CTA Systems enough!!! I dropped my laptop that has my life's work on it, my heart sank and my eyes over flowed with tears, literally I was besides myself, BUT one phone call to Will from CTA Systems on a Saturday night, I might add; Will invited myself and my hubby to come to his house straight away and he said he would sort it for me. My laptop had failed and I was concerned that I would lose all my data including personal arrangements following a bereavement.
